I found the challenge, BTW. The song I have in mind, most don't know its a song, lol..its Desiderata, by Les Crane.

I'm really frustrated today! Before we left, I cleaned the whole house, put everything away..come home and its a mess! How did this happen?? We were only about 2 hours behind my DD and her DD. And, she was only home a few hours after we left! The child went with us! ARRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

My best friend is hinting that she wants to go to M's, so I may be heading out for a bit. I don't know. I'm fighting it tooth and nail, because I really don't want to be in and out all day. So I guess I better get off here and get the dough made for tonight's pizza...I'll be checking in here and there and maybe getting on to stay later on...

That song thing sounds hard! I wouldn't be able to do that one unless I used "Hotel California" then it would be "kinda odd." Or Til Tuesdays' "Voices Carry." Or the Motel's "What are Words for." Or even Pat Benetar's "Hell is for Children." Whoa! What a list! I think I depressed myself.

Understand too well what you mean about your sewing area. Mine has gotten cluttered again with little pants that I'm to convert into purses and shirts that are missing buttons.

I just clicked the link to Viv's scraproom challenge and checked out everyone's before pictures...

You know one step is getting rid of stuff that you haven't used.. tell them to share their wealth

I think if I ever scrap for a long period of time that when I get overflow of stuff, I would like to pass some down to new scrappers. As long as its stuff I know I haven't used in a super long time I've already thought about doing something like that. I bought some packaged paper at Big Lots, its all the same kind of PP or Solid Color. I probably won't ever use it (bought it before I realized my style) so I'm thinking of keeping a few sheets 'n passing it along to some others. *shrugs* we'll see...

She always creeped me out.

I'm making those purses for my library's fundraiser. So a lady gave me several things to work with. Must manage my time better.

I know!! I'm hoping to finally get my room finished this weekend. I still have laundry everywhere...and the soda cans are starting to stack again LOL! Which is partly b/c I haven't emptied the trash from when I 1st started cleaning it up. LOL!! I'm such a procrastinator. Maybe since I'll be up early tomorrow to go to a garage sale, I'll come back motivated with good stuff

That probably is my problem! I'm normally in quite a few challenges, but I cut it down and now this block is occuring!

There was nothing to do at work today. Boss offered to let me come home early, so I did. I couldn't concentrate anyway. On the way home I stopped at Scrapbook Island (Bad me!<slaps wrist>) and bought... 8 different colors of Stickles glitter glue.

yes, i bought bling, and I have a LO to put it on, too!

Just had a sandwich and I'm waiting for DH to come home from his Dad's house with all the stuff he was taking. No drama yet today, but it's still early.

Good luck with that! My goal is to have my whole house (except my scraproom) decluttered. I did that to my bedroom last fall and I just love it. My living room is already decluttered. My kitchen needs a good purging. Problem is I have a husband who likes to save everything, so I do when he's not around and take it to the thrift store. I am so bad!

I love early morning garage sale-ing. I haven't done it in a looooong time though. I have somehow convinced myself that whatever might be out there, I don't need.

Toward the end of Season 2. Crichton gave himself up to Scorpius to get that thing out of his head. Now the crew along with some mercenaries are trying to rescue Crichton. I think I've seen parts of this episode on TV along time ago.

Well..I got the living room backinto some semblence of order. I was going to start stamping the invites..dropped the stamp on the first one. So, I put it aside. Gotta have a steady hand for that!

I remember that season! I was watching it the other day, SciFi had a marathon on.
Today, they have Dr. Who. Never got into that. So, I'm watching the judge shows.

I feel alot of pent up energy, but I'm tired..if that makes any sense? I think I'll take a nap in a while with the child..

Work was good, 5 hour days from now on. My contract has been revised for that. If it wouldn't be revised, the insurance would have to pay the hours I don't work, but since their physician said I can work fulltime, they won't accept. So I could choose between having my contract revised and making a little less, or trying for the insurance claim and be burried in a pile of paperwork - again.

me & a college invented all sorts of crazy games. We played baseball with sandbags, trew sticks at each other, he did a beatbox song while I "danced" to it. We played dwarfs (putting your knees in your shoes and your ellbows in your shirt). Long story short, I'm back and having lots of fun.

I'm watching my latest Farscape DVD. I'm hoping to finish it and get it mailed back today!

How far are you in the series now?

Toward the end of Season 2. Crichton gave himself up to Scorpius to get that thing out of his head. Now the crew along with some mercenaries are trying to rescue Crichton. I think I've seen parts of this episode on TV along time ago.

Oooh, I love the "Liars, Guns, and Money" episodes.

We finally broke down and ordered satellite again after 2 1/2 years so I excited about watching the SciFi Network again(We were seriously considering getting the Family Dish Network package, but they don't have Scifi or Spike for all of the science fiction re-runs). Now I just have to make sure I don't spend too much time with it since that is why we cancelled it in the first place a while back.

Thank you. I think once I get comfortable with the glitter glue, my next step is inking and embossing...

Liz, love the lo! All I seem to be accomplishing is cleaning. I get aggravated so I go clean. It will come to me, I just have to let it happen instead of pushing for a lo!

It's only raining on one side of the building. My side is dry, but the main entrance has all the rain.

I think I'll stick to the Family Dish Network Package. Love the Science Channel, Animal Planet, DIY and Food network. Wish we had Sci-Fi but maybe that's a good thing because some of those commercials are pretty scary to me!!

So between the monthly charges for FDN and my NetFlix, I'm really not sure if we're coming out ahead. Except that I'm watching the shows I want.

I can get much better control with the embossing than with any glitter glue but I love both!!!
