This is Jolie after winning 'Most Patriotic' at the Wrightsville 4th of July festivities.
I saw a layout that Lotstoscrap had posted last month using the stars to make a wreath on her background and loved the way it looked. I cut around the flourish printed on the background paper so that my photo could slide under and then added the stars to go around it. I sanded the background paper to tone it down a bit and rubbed ink all over it. I also inked the edges of all the stars, the blue ones have a doodled line around them and the red ones have all been distressed. I made the title banner by printing the title, cutting it out, and folding the ends under to pleat it, the center of the banner is also pop dotted to add some dimension.
I have been trying to get through some of my stash and this is another layout that using things that are all at least 2 years old.
Thanks for spreading positivity!
