ooooh YUM. I used to peach pick every FALL on Long Island and then we'd process and freeze them. LOVE semi defrosted fresh frozen peaches.

dreaming of spring and fresh peaches! The Texas Hill Country (especially Fredericksburg and Stonewall) have the most fabulous, yummy peaches! Peaches are probably my favorite food... but only fresh picked, tree ripened peaches will do!!
