journalling reads: Just when I thought we were ready to go home, Aria's jaundice became really bad and she had to go under the bilirubin light for 24 hours. For most of those hours she hardly nursed at all and when one of the nurses insisted that I nurse her, she just continued to sleep in my arms. That night Aria slept in the nursery because the light was so bright it was like daylight in our room.
