I like the ribbon idea...but maybe on the side with some flowers...love the big picture. Have you thought about a title...that could go down the side as well. CUTE!

I agree with something along the bottom, I'd also try to add some burgandy or brighter blue, the background paper sort of draws the eye to the background of the photo, which sort of makes the subjects pop, but adding the colors of the clothes would add that extra bit.

perhaps some ribbon across the bottom of the picture with a bow or knot then have flowers and flourishes coming up from that..., a title down the side
