Give a Cheer
I mad this lo for a Simply Obsessed birthday challenge. We had to use product packaging, so I got out some Heidi Swapp pkgs. & used her polka dot strips for the stems & then cut out the words "delight" & "happy" from the back of some of her chipboard words pkging. The flower, photo corner, & letters are really a light blue but didn't turn out in the photo.
