Give a Cheer
This is my son and me at the beach just after his first birthday. It was a beautiful Indian summer day and the sun shone down so bright and warm upon us. I was remembering that feeling of being bathed by the sun as I did this page and the little ditty stamped here came to mind. It goes something like, "Let the sun shine in; face it with a grin; open up your heart and let the sun shine in." I think maybe it's from an old TV show? Or maybe my mom sang it to me as a child? In any case, that little rhyme is now stuck in my head, LOL.
I'm obviously a very novice stamper as some of my letters are light and some dark, but, um, maybe it adds character! I puzzled over this LO a bit after uploading it. I can't decide if it needs something.....a cluster of embellies maybe? A butterfly? Some doodling? A journaling tag? Not sure. I welcome suggestions.
