I love working with Scrap FX. They make the laser cut scroll and letters on this page. It is an Austrailian Co. that has a wide selection of designs available. Would give my eye teeth if scrapbook.com would carry their products, but at this point, I get their products from a LSS. Included in this LO are a piece of antique scrap from my maternal grandmother's collection, lace from my paternal grandmother's collection and charms from my stash.
The people pictured are my maternal great-great grandparents (center) and their ten grown children. My gggf and gggm, along with their six children, came to America aboard a schooner ship from their native Germany. They landed in Galveston, Texas, then traveled by ox drawn wagon to Frelsburg, Texas, arriving on June 19, 1844. This was just eight years after the siege of the Alamo, and Texas was not yet a state. We were The Republic of Texas.
Thanks for spreading positivity!
