Give a Cheer
Distressed, inked and made rolled paper frame. Crackle painted the title, flourishes and frame. Hand cut the pp around the frame (with the bicycle, clock, etc.). Added the pearl flourish, flowers and the antique looking door knocker, that I've had in my stash forever.
In this photo of my grandmother and her boyfriend, look closely and notice that he is wearing a WWI uniform. The picture was taken during that time (1918, or a few years previous). I wish I knew if he came home safely.
