Give a Cheer
Here is a close up of my card. I'm not entirely sure about this one. I'm posting it anyway to get your feedback on it. I tend to think that it's too busy with the patterned paper and then the multi-layered, multi colored chipboard frames. It's definitely bulky, but I have never let that stop me before.
