I remember well the heartbreak of saying goodbye to my husband as he headed back to Iraq from R&R in May 2005. It was gut wrenching. God bless you and your family. I hope your husband made it home safe and sound.
Wonderful layout!! Love the stitching! I know exactly how you felt in those pictures. It is such a teaser when they come home for that short time. Though I guess at least we get some time with them. I'm going through my third deployment with my husband. However, this is his fourth deployment overall. 90 days until he is home from R&R. Thank you to your husband for his service and to you as well.
Oh my goodness, my heart goes out to you. I will definitely keep you in my prayers. Your layout is absolutely beautiful - I have tears in my eyes as I type this note. I, too, am sending big hugs your way.
