Give a Cheer
I scraplifted this from someone. I used some white paint, Glimmer Mists and red ink to create the background on the black cardstock.
The big red flower is made from 2 Heidi Swapp Rounded Flowers. Just crumbled and twisted the petals to create this more vintage look...and gave it a dash of Glimmer Mist. :)
