Give a Cheer
My mom and 3 of her brothers at my grandma's 96th birthday party. Cut the scallop circle and lettering with the wishblade. I didn't like the holes in the scallop, so I reversed the paper dots and plugged the holes back in. The flowers are a mix of silk and older primas. The paper borders are edged in a thin metallic ribbon.
