Die-cut Scallop Circle Bag from cardstock. Fold along crease lines and assemble. Die-cut a Scallop Circle out of cardstock, emboss using an embossing folder and adhere to the Bag. Die-cut Doily Frame from cardstock and adhere to the Bag. Die-cut Accordion Fold Flowers out of cardstock. Fold along crease lines and assemble. Attach flower to the Bag. Embellish with a button and ribbon.
