Looking at the new fountain at the flower gardens... they have it so that it goes low and then the water shoots up really high and hard.
On a windy day if you are standing on the wrong side of that fountain when it goes full blast you WILL get soaked. We managed to stay on the right side and stayed dry.
Little man just loved this!
