This is my version :) I used a frame I had picked up at a resale shop who knows when...it was yellow and ugly but I knew it was alterable lol. Used glimmer mist and ink on the patterned paper and the green part with the numbers is popped up with foam strips. This is the birthdays of my husband, myself and our 4 boys.
