Give a Cheer
I truly have been blessed to have made friends with some very wonderful people on this fantastic website and there are a couple gals that have found a special place in my heart. I wanted to give them something to show how much they mean to me and how much I truly appreciate their friendship. The only way I thought to do that was to make a calendar -- mostly of pictures from the upper Midwest. One of these terrific friends use to live here in MN. These images are of the calendar I made for her. She's now living in North Carolina, so I thought I would send her a bit of place she use to call home.
This month's display was pretty simple. Both pictures are of Lake Superior on a very windy day, showing her glorious rolling waves. These pictures were taken on a weekend get-away for my husband and I as an anniversary weekend. We stayed at Bluefin Bay Resort, which is "right on" the shore of the lake. Beautiful spot! Hugs!
