DCWV Birthday Collage paper as a base, embossed with the Once Upon a Princess Cupcake embossing folder from Provo Craft/Cuttlebug/Cricut. Sanded cardstock to reveal the embossed design more clearly. Stamped a cupcake with Black StazOn ink and then colored the image with Spica Markers!
