Give a Cheer
This was an inspired project by some of the other craft members. I just took:
-Half of a flattened gold cupcake paper cup
-Blue Lace
-Blushed the flower and feather with blue and brown ink
-used a crystal heart piece
-pearls
-glitter nail polish for glitz and glamor.
