Give a Cheer
1965 family vacation. Buffalo Bill Dam on the Shoshone River, Wyoming. I made the flowers using a punch and a zig marker, then curled the petals using needle-nosed tweezers, adhered the flower to LO, added gemstone centers and then brushed the petals using MS glitter glue and a paint brush. The title is a Silhouette cut.
