Give a Cheer
The new HS "like" rub ons where the jump off point to this layout. I wanted to add some dimension to the tags that are already artfully designed. They just needed some umph. I added pieces of the Dear Lizzy banner and the cool SC mist able hexagons to achieve that umph. :)
