Give a Cheer
I fussy cut the flowers, the umbrella, and the lady's jacket and popped up the flowers and umbrella. Made a butterfly with a lace butterfly backed up by fussy cut acetate butterflies and added a hanging gem. Prima and Wild Orchids flowers were used. The center of the frame can be removed and another image or photo can be placed in the frame. Hope my SS likes it!
