Give a Cheer
I found a scrap of blue patterned paper that I used to layer the image of Tilda. I colored her to match the shading in the paper. The base is craft card stock. I sponged around the edges with my favorite TH ink, Vintage photo. I added some white fiber with a snowflake brad to embellish the card. I think I might add glossy accents to the snowflakes. (when I get my bottle unstuck) Also added three little pearls on the base of the easel.
