Give a Cheer
The Penelope collection from Elle's Studio just very well be my favorite collection ever. I love the softness of the papers with the contrast of the darker colors! For this layout, I decided to use pink watercolors on my background and then layer the black and white stripped paper down the middle of the paint. I finished the layout off with some of the coordinating tags and cutouts. Thanks so much for looking!
