Give a Cheer
A gift for my niece. This is her daughter, Madeline. I used stickers from my stash, leftover blue sparkly paper, alcohol inks, chalks and chipboard pieces. Added some sparkle with the blue paper, title letters and gems to match those in Maddi's eyes, LOL.
