Give a Cheer
I stitched some lines on a Summertime Cut Outs card from The Pier collection, as the swirls reminded me of the stings of seaweed he also kept picking up and flicking around.
The polka dots are on a piece of paper in the Maggie Holmes collection. I filled several of the dots with a pool of Glossy Accents, which I topped with silver and blue sequins. I think they look like rock pools filled with shells. I also added a few sequins to some glass pebbles, so they looked like rocks with shells stuck on them.
