Give a Cheer
Simple card idea I scraplifted (love Pinterest!) from Vintage Page Designs. The present is made with Washi tape with pop dots. The ribbon is American crafts and the banner was cut with the Cricut Create a Critter 2 cartridge. The background I believe is Cuttlebug "Polka Dots."
