Give a Cheer
When I have a large photo (8x12) in my layout, I usually would just use a solid color cardstock so that it wouldn't compete with the photo, but I really wanted to use this patterned paper and I think it worked out. I love the color and the pattern reminded me a little bit of those large cutting mats for sewing. I went with that and used the strip at the bottom of the paper with the safety pins and even used those old Paperkin stencils to make some clothes for the layout :)
