Be the first to cheer this project!
Just wanted to post this & get it into her album. I'm ALMOST done with her 5th birthday & then I only have her 6th to do….then it's on to my younger DD's birthday album!! Will I EVER get caught up???? Thanks to “RUNNERAE” for her help in this LO. I had scrapper's block & she helped me through it! Used Junkitz paper, MM chipboard letters & Lil Davis letters, Heidi Swapp flowers. Colors are better IRL. TFL! Journaling: This was the first time we had a joined birthday party for the girls. We had celebrated Marissa's 5th birthday on her actual birthday while we were in Disney World in May so Marissa didn't mind waiting for her party at home. For this birthday Marissa wanted a Barbie cake with chocolate cake & a Coconut cake while Gianna had a Cinderella cake with yellow cake. The reason why Marissa wanted a coconut cake as well was for her Daddy. She knows he won't eat chocolate so that means he wouldn't have any of her birthday cake. So by having the coconut cake he would be able to eat her birthday cake. She is such a Daddy's Girl!! She's always thinking about him! As always when it came time for everyone to sing “Happy Birthday” she got upset & didn't want to hear it. I hope that changes as she gets older & that she comes to enjoy it–or at least tolerate it!! Still my little girl is as sweet as can be which goes to show that girls are made of “Sugar & Spice & everything nice”!!
