he makes himself do-rags for his head so it doesn't burn in the sun, he fixes everything for people LOL, and he made me kitchen curtains for my birthday so far! he is really good!

What a kawinky-dink....my dh taught me how to sew! I got a new sewing machine for Christmas and he always has to thread it for me!

Does he sew clothing, or does he use it to sew upholstery for autos? My husband restores cars and wants to get into upholstery also so we dont have to pay to have it done; I just always thought you had to have a big heavy duty sewing machine though.
