Give a Cheer
This layout was designed in response to Emily Pitts' sewing challenge at Cocoa Daisy. I hand-stitched the word “balance” using back stitching and a Bazzill template, added a “nest” of loose threads (with a bird on top), and added pink bling to serve as French knots (my sewing hand was worn out from doing the title…). I thought the veins in the skeletal leaves looked rather like sewing as well.
