Give a Cheer
I create this for the My Mind's Eye Labor day challenge. I dug through my stash of MME stuff and tried to make a dent in all my supplies! I chose papers that were blue, yellow, and red/coral and white washed them to tone them down a bit. Then I used gelattos to give some more color, and went over again with a stencil and white paint.
