I did this card for My Favorite Things Get Sketchy Challenge #203. I used MFT stamps; Fine Chevron and Confetti background stamps and I used their Celebrate Big stamps for the embossed sentiment. The dies are Lil' Inker Stitched Rectangle and Avery Elle's Balloons. I used dimensional adhesive to pop up the balloon a little.
