I have had many different corner punches in the 7 years I've been scrapbooking. I have to say, this one is the best and most versatile. I love that it will punch through thicker materials. It cuts cleanly everytime. I also like the fact that all the scraps go into a container that is easily emptied when I'm ready. No more picking up little pieces that stick to everything. I highly recommend the Corner Chomper. It's a great tool for any crafter.
I bought this for my MIL because she bought an square acrylic album (thick pages) that she wanted rounded corners on. Even though the Chomper says it would cut "thin acrylic" i wanted to see if it would cut a thicker piece. Took a little work but it cut the thicker acrylic very well. Left the corners nicely cut and didn't break the album pages or the chomper itself. We jumped up and down at our discovery and our end result!

I got this tool in a buddle of scrapbooking items I purchased locally. I had never seen it before then. Didn't have a clue what it was. So it stayed in its box for a few months. I actually just took it out over the weekend because curiosity got to me. WOW! I should have taken it out of its box sooner! I used it on a project I was working on. LOVE IT!!! It's so easy to use and it has a very smooth way about it when you cut! It's an awesome tool to have on hand!

This tool is so Awesome! I use to have a corner punch and it was hard to use... I mean it worked for 1 sheet of CS but certainly not for more than that! When I used it for more layered sheets it was so hard to cut that I gave up until NOW! This sucker works so smoothly and easily... I now like making rounder corners more - thanks to this tool! It's just a wonderful product from a wonderful company who thinks about us crafters when it comes to ease and comfort... It's comfortable in your hand and one quick push and it's done... It should be in every crafters tool supply!
I'm so glad I broke down & ordered this punch. I have been happily chomping corners since I got it. It works well even on stacks of 6 or 8 pieces of cardstock at a time. Haven't tried more than that, but I'm sure it would work fine if my hands could squeeze that hard. Also love the 2 sizes of corners!
Oooooooh, love this. It's heavy duty, operates smoothly and feels like it will last much longer than the little thumb-press type corner rounder. I've gone through so many of those, dulling the blades until punching through foil to sharpen no longer works. This product is easy to use and well designed.
This tool is PERFECT! It has two sizes - 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch. I used to struggle with my simple corner punches not punching through two sheets of cardstock at a time. Then, I invested in this great corner chomper. It easily punches many sheets of cardstock at a time. The grip is so soft and easy on your hands. Excellent tool!!!

I LOVE the Corner Chomper. Other corner rounders I've bought have been a real waste of money. This one is so easy to use, gives a great cut every time and works really well on heavy stock and multiple sheets. It's probably a little hard to use for those with small hands, but otherwise it's perfect and so worth the money. I use it on everything.

Can the cutting blade be replaced when it starts to wear out?

I have no idea. I do know you can sharpen the blade by chomping on tin foil though.

I have never heard of replacing the blades...but I agree with previous response that the blades will "sharpen" if you cut thru simple kitchen foil a few times. I usually will double up the foil and cut thru whenever any of my punches seem to be getting a bit dull.
