I did a lot of rewording on this page. Here is the new journaling:

After changing into the robe, Bill walked me to the edge of the water.  The group now starting  to be baptized made way for me to go to the front of the line and helped me down the stairs where the last couple steps were submerged below the water.  They held on to me, as the underwater steps were very steep and slippery!

I was completely immersed under the water, and when I came up the entire group was clapping and yelling Praise God!  Hallelujah! it was so amazing and so wonderful!  Then they all started singing a chorus of Hallelujah as I was making my way from the water back up the steps to the bank of the River Jordan.  Sweetest voices I've ever heard it was as if the heavens had opened and the angels were singing!
