June 2023 Card Sketch Challenge - Sketch 2
I found some neon embroidery floss in my stash, so I dug out my neon cardstock.
Die cut the border in the yellow panel. Stitched with DMC Fluorescent thread. Used neon ink to stencil on the orange panel, and to edge the yellow panel. Added the green neon sequins. Base is green neon cardstock.
Did a little stenciling on the envelope.
