Give a Cheer
I used a stencil for the background. The tag is de cut from a sheet of 8.5 x 11 covered in coordinating washi stripes. The girls' dress was made the same way and both were laminated before cutting so they would look glossy. The rest of the girl is colored using alcohol markers. The eyelet is set before the card front is attached to the matted layer to hide the back of it.
