August 2023 Card Sketch Challenge - Sketch #4
The background, half-circle and flowers were stitched with floss. Cut the banners from glitter paper. Fussy cut some flowers from the floral pattern paper to fill in the half-circle. Die cut the sentiment from holographic paper.
