For the background, I used Navy cardstock from the scrapbook Peppermint smooth cardstock pad. I inked the raised embossing with gold pigment ink, then sprayed it with Dylusions Shimmer Spray in Pure Sunshine. The starburst shapes are leftover pieces I had using the Holiday Blocks die set.
