I recently discovered shimmer sprays and I am thrilled! The colors are vibrant and highly pigmented so a litle goes a long way.I can not reccomend them or scrapbook.com enough.
This is my second Dylusions shimmer spray. I purchased the white one and have used it to add some fun shine to my 2022 December daily. It adds just the right amount of sparkle. Looking forward to using these in my summer layouts and mini albums.

Does the shimmer rub off when dry? I discovered this happens with Distress Shimmer Spritz.

Hello, since it is a water-reactive product, it can rub off or re-activate if it gets wet, even after it has dried. You could treat it after it dries with a clear sealant such as an acrylic spray or a fluid gel medium.
