Today the tour went through their whiskey distilling process (other days it could be vodka or rum, etc.). Secrets keeps everything local, including the corn (yellow and. heirloom blue) for their whiskeys and bourbons. After the corn is measured, it goes through the milling process then sent to the hopper.
