Give a Cheer
My adorable nephew catching the rain! Used two COAPA cut files - Cloudy Background and Stitched Rainbow. I backed a few of the clouds with vellum and distress ink for the full clouds to attain a gray color. Used a bit of Paige Taylor Evans collections Blooming Wild and Bloom Street. Really love how this turned out!
