DGGDs playing in the puddles. DGD found these "rain suits" that were advertised as snow suits on sale and bought 2 for the little girls. Caitlin's (in pink) is big for her - the hood covers her face when up. The title is a song title by Daniela Andrade (thinking of her childhood in Honduras).
