Cardstock is from my stash, Glitter CS from Recollections.
XOXO Acetate sheet is from the Be My Valentine 6x6 paper pad. Scalloped Frame is from Honey Bee Stamps and I cut out the center with an Exacto knife to make the window. Acetate was adhered to frame using SBC 1/8 double sided adhesive. Pretty Cake is a sticker from the Valentines Day Vinyl Sticker pack from Recollections. Sentiment stamp is From Trinity stamps and was stamped with Kitsch Flamingo Distressed Oxide. Sequins and Glitter are from my stash. I used 1mm foam tape cut into 1/8 strips to pop up frame.
