Give a Cheer
I die cut the postage die two times-once in blue, and once in white. I trimmed out just the inside panels on the white piece, and ink blended them using two yellow Distress inks.
Then, I used several different stamps to stamp the panels and the envelope.
I adhered all the pieces and layers and added a few enamel dots as well.
