Give a Cheer
I have been experimenting with pastes and pops of color. I used a stncil on plain acetate with a transparent paste. After it dried, I went back with Pops of color and added white to the dandylion and pearl green to the stems. I mounted the acetate onto mirror gold and matted that onto a dark pink satin finish card. I added an organza green ribbon. I attached that to my card base which is white cardstock. The card is odd-sized (3.5 x 7.5 inches). I can make my own envelope to give the card away. I put glue dots in each corner of the acetate to attach it to the gold mirror card. I added the little flowers to hide the glue dots. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be to photograph this card because the gold mirror card reflected everything, including me and my refrigerator. I used a sheet of black card so that the picture would show more clearly.
