This was inspired by Funky Fossil and their new paper release. I stenciled the stripes on the panel and used Lunar paste for the dots. I matted the panel on washi tape and added fussy cut flower from my stash. I covered it in transparent crackle paste, but the effect is not as good as I had hoped.

I love the stripes and dots combo and used this on my latest layout about flowers.
