I went off the page and created wearable art using Shrink Sheets to create this set of honey pot earrings for Brutus Monroe. These 3-layer earrings use the Honey Pot A2 Stencil and Honey Drip Trio Cutting Dies to create a Bee-utiful design. I cut the shrink sheets and colored them with permanent markers, then punched holes in the pieces before baking in the oven. I added a touch of sparkle to the finished earrings using Sunshine Yellow Glitter Glaze. I want to note that Brutus Monroe Shrink Sheets can be used with a heat tool. I prefer to use my toaster over to avoid burning my fingers and to shrink all my pieces at the same time. To give you an idea of how much the plastic shrinks when heated, I started with a honeypot that measured about 4 x 4 inches. After shrinking, these earrings are about 1.75 inches by 1.75 inches. A great size for some statement jewelry that is sure to be a conversation starter.
