4.25T x (?W) light blue card, matted with bronze satin finish mirror card and sea-themed patterned paper.
When the card is flat nothing shows. (Picture 1) When you hold the card (two hands, one each side) and move the sides toward each other a message or die cut pops out of the top. (See picture 2)
I used a die set by The Stamps of Life. Sentiment from Hunkydory. I used various little pieces from my stash to die cut the fish and starfish. If you look at the close up of the starfish, they each have a smiley face - something I didn't notice until I was reviewing my pictures.
