Give a Cheer
I wet the paper using a ruler as a guide in 2 places and tore the paper to get a rougher edge. Under 1 tear I put blush cardstock and under the other, green, both taked from the printed cardstock. I have a habit of doing layouts horizontally so I mixed it up and did it vertically this time. Phots were trimmed and matted on brown. The font was cut using cricut and cut out of black cardstock. Using the offset setting on cricut I made the font thinner and cut it out of pink vinyl to help the word "February" stand out (due to the wearing of shorts in the photos). I cut white and gold ribbons for the bottom and placed a chipboard flower in blush on them. A journaliing block was written with cricut to remember that the turnip needed a seatbelt to stay safe.
